What changes in the conversion
Tabs between columns become commas. Commas, quotes and newlines inside cells are escaped with CSV quoting. No number or date inference changes the original text.

FAQ
Are quoted multiline cells supported?
Yes. Quoted cells can contain newlines and tabs. Uneven row widths and malformed quoting produce an error.
Does this work offline?
Conversion runs locally after the converter and required libraries have loaded. Files are not uploaded.
What encoding is supported?
UTF-8, with or without a byte-order mark. Export legacy encodings as UTF-8 first.
