Commas inside cells stay intact. Tabs, quotes and newlines inside cells are quoted in the TSV output. Row order and header text are preserved.

What happens to commas inside cells?
They remain literal commas. Only column separators change, using a parser that understands quoted cells.
Does this work offline?

What encoding is supported?
UTF-8, with or without a byte-order mark. Export legacy encodings as UTF-8 first.
